How can we help you?

Contact Ice Dental & Implant Centre in Blyth

Covid19 Update

The practice remains open but we still need to act cautiously to stop the spread of the virus. We ask everyone visiting our practice to:

  • Wear a face mask, unless you’re exempt
  • Maintain social distancing
  • Use hand sanitiser

Patient Journey
The day before your appointment you will be sent a link to our patient portal.  This is a system whereby all essential documents can be filled in online prior to your visit. This is extremely important as it reduces contact time in the reception area. This must be done at every visit. If you have any problems completing these please contact the reception desk and member of our team will be more than happy to assist.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. The front door will now be unlocked but we kindly ask you attend alone wherever possible or with one other person if absolutely necessary. The patient waiting area is now open but will remain socially distanced.

You will be asked to enter wearing a face mask and will then proceed to sanatise your hands using our dispenser. Please note, if you do have a face mask, the practice can provide you with one. Posters will be displayed to demonstrate the correct technique. You will only take off your face mask when asked to do so by a clinician. The clinician will also instruct you when to put the face mask back on.

Please ensure you have used the toilet prior to your visit as the usage of the toilet will be limited at this time. We also ask that you bring minimal belongings with you.

If any payment is required this will be taken by card only on booking your appointment or you will be contacted the day before your appointment to take payment. If any treatment plan is formulated this will be emailed to you and any further appointments needed to be made can be booked.
At the end of your appointment if wearing one of our face masks or your own disposable one you will be able to place this in the clinical waste bin. You will then perform hand sanitisation once again before leaving the building.

Please rest assured that a member of our team will be with you throughout the whole journey guiding you on the steps needed to be taken.
